iPad Versions and Operating Systems
Latest version iPadOS 17
As of today, our minimum supported operating system is iPadOS 15 of which we recommend using an iPad manufactured & released in the last 4 years. Newer operating systems may not run as smoothly on older devices and Sine’s features such as FaceCheck and ID scanning perform measurably better on newer iPads (arguably the last 2 years).

The most recent iPad operating system is iPadOS 17. We do not support systems that are greater than 2-3 years older than the latest release. 'Supporting' means that our engineering team are testing against these versions. Bugs reported that are based and siloed to older operating systems are not prioritised to fix.
