While the SinePoint Pro may continue to run on older iPads, we recommend using a device manufactured within the last 4 years for the best performance and reliability.

<b>Supported iPad operating systems (iPadOS)</b>

Features like FaceCheck, FastTrack and ID scanning will perform significantly better on newer devices. Newer operating systems can also run slowly on older iPads.

To run SinePoint Pro, the iPad must support iPadOS 15 or later. This includes:

iPad mini (5th generation, 2019) or newer

iPad Pro 11" (1st generation, 2018) or newer

iPad Pro 12.9" (3rd generation, 2018) or newer

- iPad (7th generation, 2019) or newer
- iPad Air (3rd generation, 2019) or newer
- iPad mini (5th generation, 2019) or newer
- iPad Pro 11" (1st generation, 2018) or newer
- iPad Pro 12.9" (3rd generation, 2018) or newer
- iPad Pro 13" (M1, M2 or M4 models)

We recommend iPads released within the last 4 years, including:

These models offer faster processors and better camera hardware, which improves reliability and speed for key Sine features like visitor photo capture, badge printing, and document scanning.

We actively test and maintain SinePoint Pro on devices running iPadOS 15 through 18. Devices that can’t update beyond iPadOS 14 (or earlier) are not supported. Bugs reported that are based and siloed to older operating systems are not prioritised to fix.
