1. Introduction

A key issue faced by customers is the need for vendors to access and manage their own information within Forge VCM's Companies module. Effective vendor management is crucial for ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration. With the new Vendor Profile Management feature in Companies you can empower your vendors to take control of their information, streamline compliance processes, and enhance communication with ease.

2. Feature Overview:

Vendors can upload request document directly, manage their company’s profile by themselves.

Team admins can view the managed company update through audit log of company updates, facilitating seamless collaboration between companies and clients.

3. How to access and enable the feature

Any unmanaged company on your list with an outstanding or newly created document request will be able to start the initial onboarding process through the document file upload page.

After the claim process is finished, vendors will be capable of tracking the status of the document, uploading new documents, and updating profile info.

To enabled the feature, please contact sine support team.

4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

Q: Can vendors upload new versions of documents?

A: The vendor can only upload new documents when there is an outstanding request.

Q: What does a vendor see?

A: Vendors have a limited view and can only see their vendor profile and documents associated with it. They can not see your other companies listed.
