It is possible to capture the documents at check-in These documents can include Photo ID, Insurance and others.

Enabling Document Collection on Check-in

Note: If you cannot see this feature, please contact support either at [email protected] or by using the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page.

  1. Click the Sites icon from the side-bar

2. Select your desired Site from the list

3.Click on Passes from the side-menu

4.Scroll down to the Document Collection Card

5. Toggle Collect documents on check-in to On

6. Click Save

Block Visitors without Documents

You can block certain visitors from checking into a Site if they fail to provide the correct documents. This will only apply to mobile app check-ins (not iPad or Web check-ins). To do so:

  1. Navigate to the Document Collection Card

2. Under Photo ID Required (or Insurance Required), toggle each visitor typethat you wish to block from checking in unless they have provided documents. The feature will be enabled for a visitor type when the check-box is ticked and the box is filled with colour

3. Click Save

Uploading documents to your profile

In order to use this feature, you will need to have a fully verified account. This means having a profile picture, a verified mobile and a verified email.

Uploading through Dashboard

To upload a document through the web dashboard:

  1. Navigate to your profile page by hovering over your profile picture in the top-right corner of the nav-bar and clicking My Profile

2. Scroll down to the My Documents card

3. Click the Upload button for either Photo ID or Insurance

4. Drag and drop your document into the window or click Browse to manually select it

5. (Optional) For Photo ID, please choose which type of Photo ID you are uploading

6. Click the Date Selector under Expire Date to choose when the document will expire

7. Read the declaration and then if you accept the terms, click the check-box

8. Click Upload

9. Your document will now upload and look like the picture below when completed

Managing Documents Through the Mobile App

iOS:

  1. Navigate to your Profile and scroll down the page

  2. Touch Documents

Note: If you haven’t got a profile picture, verified mobile and verified email, you won’t be able to use this feature. Please follow this guide here fully verify your profile

3. Touch either Photo ID or Insurance

4. Touch the File Selector and then either take a photo through your phone, choose an existing file on your phone

5. (Optional) If you are uploading Photo ID, touch the Type field and select either National ID or Driver’s License depending on the type of ID you have provided

6. Touch the Expiry Date field and select when your document will expire

7. Read the declaration and then if you accept the terms, select Yes at the bottom of the page

8. Touch the Upload button to complete the upload process

9. Once your ID has finished uploading, you can view it by touching the Preview button

10. You can delete the document by touching the Delete button in the Preview screen.

Android:

  1. Navigate to your Profile and scroll down the page

  2. Touch Documents

Note: If you haven’t got a profile picture, verified mobile and verified email, you won’t be able to use this feature

3. Touch either Photo ID or Insurance
