⚠️ Important Note:
Before assembling your T15 kiosk stand, ensure the rear mounting rail is sitting flat on the base of your kiosk stand. Sometimes this can occur during shipping, where the vibrations of transit can cause the rail to move upwards.

Steps to rectify the mounting rail alignment:
Carefully loosen the screw at the top of the rear mounting rail and slide the mounting rail downwards.
Be careful as the whole rail + printer + iPad mount will slide down.
If you have already installed the printer mount or iPad mount - these screws may need to be loosened to allow the mounting rail to move.
Ensure no cables are captured at the base between the mounting rail and the base cap.
Loosen this screw circled in green:
The bottom of the rear mounting rail should now sit flat on the base:
(with no gap)
Re-tighten the top screw when done:
(ensure the rear mounting rail doesn’t walk up slightly when screwing – it shouldn’t for any stand which already has the heavy components installed (printer and iPad)
Slight downward pressure can be applied to the top edge of the panel while screwing to ensure it does not walk up slowly.
