A Philips head screwdriver is needed for assembly.

Before starting, do a quick parts check and make sure you have all the parts needed to assemble the stand.

For Kiosk Replacement head instructions, please read the guide: Kiosk/Mini Replacement Head Installation

Assembly Instructions:

Step 1: Unpack your All-in-One Kiosk (AiOK) and begin assembly by removing the cable cover strip from the stand stem.

If your kiosk has been supplied with an unassembled split pole, follow this guide to assemble the 2x split pole parts into a fully assembled pole.

Step 2: Lie the stand stem along the floor or across a table, slide on the baseplate cover & fix the baseplate into the stem using 3 x M6x16mm screws (A).

Ensure the countersunk screw holes are positioned on the bottom of the baseplate pointing to the floor - this allows the screws to sit flush against the floor.

Step 3: Fix the printer bracket onto the stem using 2 x M6 (D) screws. Secure the printer mounting plate to the back of the printer using 4 x M3 counter sunk screws (E)

Step 4: Install the stem head to the stem pole. Raise the cable management flap.

Step 5: Screw the stem head to the pole using 1x M6x16mm (A) screw through hole in the middle of the stem head.

Step 6: Open the push lock in the side of the enclosure with the keys supplied, and lift the faceplate up and out.

Step 7: Check there are clear corner spacers & rubber bumpers in each corner.

Step 8: Fix the iPad holder to the stem head 4x M4x6mm (B) and choose either a portrait or landscape orientation - this can be changed later.

Step 9: Leave approx. 200mm of cable allowance inside the iPad holder.

Take this opportunity to route the printer power cable, and feed the power connector from the back of the stand through the centre hole. Then route both the printer and USB cable through the stem to the base plate and out under the plastic cap. Connect the USB cable and printer to their respective power adapters.

Step 10: Attach your tablet to the power cable and nest it between the clear corner spacers. Be sure the tablet sits flat on rubber bumpers and the cable runs neatly below.

To secure your tablet inside your kiosk, replace the faceplate by first hooking tabs under enclosure corners, hinge close & push down firmly. Push the lock pin in to lock.

Remove the protective brown paper around the edges of the faceplate.

Step 11: Close the cable management flap.

Step 12: Install the printer with the pre-attached baseplate to the stem printer bracket and install 1x M3 Thumbscrew to secure the printer/bracket. Connect the printer to it's power connector.

Step 15: Press the cable cover strip into the back of the stand stem after organising your cables.

Step 17: Fasten the sign panel to the sign panel bracket using M4 male and female nylon screws.

Step 18: Using the star-shaped torx tool supplied (F) remove the cover caps and tighten the screen tilt pivot adjustment if you would prefer a firmer tilt action.
