How do SMS messages work within the Sine platform?

SMS can only be sent to individuals, not used for messaging groups of users. For groups, use email or push notifications.

SMS messages are a great way to contact hosts and visitors within Sine.

When a visitor arrives on site and selects their host, a notification can be sent via SMS, email and/or push notification to the Sine Pro mobile app. These notifications are included on all plans at no additional cost.

Bulk SMS is not supported by Sine. If a bulk group of users needs to be contacted, this can be achieved using email or push notifications.
