Configure your profile and notification settings

Once you have set up your account you can configure your profile and notification settings within the web dashboard.

Configuring your profile lets you update your name, email address, mobile number, company name and password. You may also change your notification settings from this page.

The following settings are linked to both the web dashboard and the Sine Pro mobile app. 

Accessing My Profile

To access your profile:

  1. Hover over your profile name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select My Profile

2. You will be presented with the My Profile screen.

Editing My Profile

  1. Select the Edit Profile button.

  2. Select the Edit Profile button.

Here, you may edit your first name, last name, email, company, mobile number and upload a profile image. You may also add social links which will appear on your profile. Feel free to edit any settings you need to and remember to click Save Changes once you are done.

3. If you edit your email address or mobile number, please remember to verify them!

Editing Notification Settings

Notification settings let you fine-tune how you are notified by Sine. This is universal across the web dashboard and Sine Pro mobile apps.


To edit your Notification Settings:

  1. Open My Profile from the steps above, then scroll down to Notification Settings.

   

   2. Choose how you would like to be notified by Sine:

  • Email notifications

  • SMS notifications

  • Push notifications

These settings will be saved automatically and synchronized across devices.
