This article will explain the People tab inside a vendor's profile in the Companies module.
First, let's review definitions:
Customer = a business that pays to us to use Sine Core, Workflows and Companies modules.
Company = a vendor of our customer
Contractor = an individual who represents a company that completes a job for our customers.
How to find a company's people
From the Companies table, select the company you'd like to review.
Navigate to the People tab at the top of the profile page.
Check the details
By selecting a person in this list it will open a module that exposes the active and expired responses submitted by the contact.
How this list is populated
The people tab is populated by the details of a workflow whereby the contractor has selected this company name as part of their response.
In the below image you can see the details of an example workflow response where the company "Outback Builders Pty Ltd" is selected.
