The web dashboard allows the team member to add notes alongside each guest’s profile in the Activity dashboard. This is useful if reception or security is issuing keys, ID cards, access cards and can record against the guest the details of the asset provided to the guest. When the guest returns the asset, then the team member can check-out that guest or delete the note regarding the asset.
To add a note to a pass, click on the guest’s profile in the activity dashboard. This reveals the detailed guest profile view.
2. In the Add Notes text box, notes can be added and these notes will show in a preview line now under the guest’s profile information on the activity dashboard.
3. Notes appear next to the visitor type.
