Deliveries fast check-in and notify

Quick check-in for couriers on arrival at your site. A designated host will be automatically notified.

The Deliveries button allows couriers to press a single button on the iPad and instantly check-in. No visitor types, no forms, just a simple check-in. A notification will then be sent automatically to a selected Host.

Enabling Deliveries Fast Check-in

To enable the Deliveries button:

  1. Select Sites from the side-menu.

    2. Select the Site at which you wish to enable the Deliveries Button

    3. Navigate to the iPad tab.

    4. Scroll down the page until the Deliveries Button setting is shown.
    5. Switch Deliveries Button to On.

    6. Click Save.

Once you have enabled the Deliveries Button, the iPad connected to the chosen Site will automatically update and show the Deliveries Button (as shown below):

Couriers may then select the button to check-in immediately.

Selecting a Host to receive notifications

To select which Host will be notified when a courier checks-in:

  1. Select Sites from the side-menu.

    2. Select the Site at which you wish to enable the Deliveries Button

    3. Navigate to the iPad tab.

    4. Scroll down the page until the Select a host to receive all delivery notifications setting is shown.
    5. Click Select an Option to open the Host selection drop-down menu.

    6. Select which Host you wish to receive the notifications.

    7. Click Save.

Note: If no Host is selected, the courier will still be checked in but no notification will be sent. Also, multiple Hosts can receive the courier check-in notification by using the Host Delegate feature.

Please also take note that If your site are using 'Check-in Approvals' for your deliveries, passes created using the 'Deliveries Button' will expire 5 minutes after the host approves the pass.

Any passes left in a pending state at the end of the day, it will expire at the same time as other passes, and appear as 'Rejected'.
