We currently support two badge styles: default and access badges. This article will overview how you can make changes to badge styles.

First, both badge styles will be available on all plan types. However, you may not be able to use the access badge style unless you've purchased an access control integration as part of your subscription.

To find your sites' badge styles, navigate to Locations > Site Settings > Printing.

By default Team or Site Admins should see the Default and Access badge configurations under the Badge style section. Click the pencil icon to open the default badge edit modal:

From inside the edit modal, you can show or hide content based on your desire to print that information. You can show/hide:

You can also add additional content to a pass:

When these items are enabled, but the information is missing from the visitor's invitation or pass the badge layout will automatically adapt.

Before you click save, you can preview your badge. This preview shows all information that could possibly be shown.

The objective of the access badge style is to improve the readability of the badge for QR readers. This badge style is designed to respect the required "quiet zones" for QR readers, therefore there are less settings options to show or hide information. This badge style is also presented as a portrait badge instead of landscape.

As with the default style, you can also preview your access badge.

For access control integration customers, make sure to navigate to your access control integration configuration setup and select the badge style you'd like to use. By default, new access control integrations will use the access badge style.
