We currently support two badge styles: default and access badges. This article will run over how you can make changes to badge styles.
Please note
Badge styles are currently in early access, available to a limited group of select users. This feature is only supported on SinePoint Pro v2.3.0 and newer.
First, both badge styles will be available on all plan types. However, you may not be able to use the access badge style unless you've purchased an access control integration as part of your subscription.
To find your sites' badge styles, navigate to Locations > Site Settings > Printing.
Default badge style
By default Team or Site Admins should see the default and access badge configurations under the Badge styles section. Click the pencil icon to open the default badge edit modal:
From inside the edit modal, you can show or hide content based on your desire to print that information. You can show/hide:
Profile photo
Company name
Site logo
You can also add additional content to a pass:
Host name or display name
Custom text up to 2 lines
Badge content and settings will only print if the information is present on the visitors pass on check in. If content or settings are not present the badge layout will adapt to suit the information.

You can see some adaptations of the default badge style below:
Before you click save, you can preview your badge. This preview shows all information that could possibly be shown.
Access badge style
The objective of the access badge style is to improve the readability of the badge for QR readers. This badge style is designed to respect the required "quiet zones" for QR readers, therefore there are less options to display information on the badge. This badge style is also presented in portrait orientation.
From inside the edit modal, you can show or hide:
Company name
Site logo
You can also optionally pick:
Host name or Display name
For access control integration customers, make sure to navigate to your access control integration configuration setup and select the badge style you'd like to use. By default, new access control integrations will use the access badge style.
