Sine invitations can be directly integrated with Outlook, Google Calendar and iCal to issue invitations and credentials within a multi-site environment for other hosts who work within that environment.

For this feature to work correctly, you must ensure that:

  • the email address you are sending the calendar invite from must be the same as your host email address in Sine; and

  • Email Calendar Invitees must be turned on for your site, to check this navigate to Sites then select Settings for your site and then click Notifications to confirm

Confirming invitations to hosts in the same Sine environment

Once you have sent your invitations as described in the article above, you will receive an email to confirm which recipients should receive Sine invitations

First, you will need to select Confirm Invitations in the email received.

Next, you will see an option to toggle Send Invite off or on, depending on if that host should receive a Sine invitation as well.

Once you have updated who will receive an invitation, select Create Invitations to confirm.
