Installing or Updating the SinePoint Pro App

Updating the Sine Point Pro app for iPad is important to keep up to date with the latest Sine features and bug fixes

Please note: If you have an iPad that was supplied by Sine, or is managed by our MDM (Management Plan), you don't need to worry! We'll keep your device up to date automatically!

Installation/Update Steps:

  1. Close the Sine Point Pro app, by pressing the home button

  2. Open the App Store

  3. Tap on Search in the bottom, right-hand corner.

  4. Search for "Sine Point Pro"

  5. Tap the download button. This might be labelled as "GET", "UPDATE", or a small blue icon of a cloud.

  6. If prompted, enter your AppleID email and password.

  7. Wait for the app to finish downloading. (This should only take a few moments!)

  8. Tap Open, or navigate to the Home Screen, and open Sine Point Pro.

Note: We recommend switching on automatic updates, so you're never out of date!
To switch on Automatic Updates:

  1. Close the Sine Point Pro app, by pressing the home button

  2. Open the iPad Settings

  3. In the left hand menu, tap on iTunes & App Store

  4. Under Automatic Updates, switch on the "App Updates" toggle.
