We're excited to share some important updates to the new pass modal within Sine Core!

These changes are designed to offer you a more streamlined, intuitive experience, making visitor management even easier. Let's dive right into what's new and improved.

What's New

Full-Screen Modal

We've expanded the modal to a full-screen view, giving you a larger display area to see all the visitor information you need, all at once.

View Time on Site from the Dashboard

You can now view a visitor's time on site directly from the dashboard. This feature aligns with what's available in our mobile app, bringing consistency across devices.

Pass Activity

A brand new addition, the "Pass Activity" feature, allows you to view details like access control integration response, watchlist matches, and ID scanning results. And this is just the beginning—we have plans to add even more pass activity data soon.

What's Improved

Pass Information Table

The Pass Information Table has been redesigned for better clarity. It now clearly displays the visitor's check-in status, the site they are at, the zone, and who their host is. Visitor information such as company, email, and phone number is now more neatly organized, making it easier to digest at a glance.

Simplified Navigation

Gone are the days of navigating to a separate tab to see a visitor's check-in form response. You can now view all this information directly within the New Pass Modal.

These upgrades to the New Pass Modal are all about making your life easier when it comes to visitor management. We hope you find these changes as exciting as we do, and as always, we're here to support you every step of the way.
